What I do with what you tell me

What I collect

When you order a portrait: your first and last name, your email address, your birth date, your birth time, your birth city, state or region and country, and anything you write in the notes field.

If you only join the founding list, it is your first name and your email address, and nothing else.

The form also records your IP address and your timezone automatically. I do not use either for anything. They come with the submission.

I never see your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, and what reaches me is a note that the payment succeeded.

What I use it for

Your birth details are used to cast your charts and to write your portrait. That is the whole reason they are asked for, and they are used for nothing else.

Your email is used to write to you about your portrait: to confirm it is being made, to send it, and afterwards to ask how it landed. If you joined the founding list, it is also used to tell you when something is worth telling you.

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link, and using it stops all of them.

Where it is kept

Your contact record lives in the system that runs my email and my forms, currently StarFunnels. Your name, email and birth details are stored there.

Your charts and your portrait are prepared on my own computer, in software I built for it. Your birth details are held there while your portrait is being made and afterwards, so I can reissue or revise it if you ask.

A copy of your finished portrait is kept in my Google Drive, so I can send it again if you lose it.

A tracking sheet records who ordered what and when, and what feedback came back. Your chart data is not in it.

Payment records stay with Stripe, under their terms.

What I never do

I do not sell your information. I do not share it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. There is no arrangement anywhere in which anyone pays me for anything about you.

I do not show your portrait to anyone. Not as an example, not as a sample, not with your name removed. The pages shown on this site are from my own portrait, with my own details taken out.

I do not read your chart to anyone else, or discuss what is in it.

This site runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies. Nobody is watching you read this page.

How long I keep it

Your birth details and your portrait are kept indefinitely, so that a portrait you paid for does not simply vanish, and so I can send it again or revise it years later if you ask.

If you would rather I did not, say so and I will delete it.

Asking me to delete it

Email drjuju@drjujulove.com and ask. You do not need a reason and you will not be asked for one.

I will delete your contact record, your birth details, and my copy of your portrait, and I will confirm when it is done. Payment records have to stay with Stripe for accounting, which is the one thing I cannot remove.

You can also ask for a copy of everything I hold about you, or ask me to correct something that is wrong.

Other people's tools

Three services touch your information, each with their own privacy terms: Stripe for payment, StarFunnels for forms and email, and Google for storing delivery copies. I chose them, and I am responsible for what I do with your information, but they hold it under their own policies as well as mine.

If this changes

Soulistic Blueprint is early, and how it works will change. If what I do with your information changes in a way that matters, I will email the people it affects rather than quietly editing this page.
