What you are buying, and what you are not

What you get

A Unified Soul Portrait: a hand-prepared reading of around 30 pages, delivered as a PDF by email. It draws on your Western astrology, your Eastern zodiac, your Human Design chart and your Gene Keys profile, read together as one picture.

I prepare each one personally, one at a time, in the order details arrive. Allow about a week from when I receive your birth details. If it is going to take longer, I will tell you rather than let you wonder.

What it is not

It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a diagnosis of anything. It is a reading meant for reflection, and it says as much on its own first page: it is not a verdict and not a prescription.

If you are struggling with something that needs real help, please talk to someone qualified to give it. A portrait is a good companion to that and a poor substitute for it.

Decisions you make after reading it are yours. That is not me disclaiming responsibility for the work, which I stand behind. It is me being clear that a reading describes patterns and does not tell you what to do.

What I need from you

Your birth date, your birth time as exact as you can find it, and where you were born. The whole portrait is calculated from those three things, so if any of them is wrong, the reading is built on the wrong sky and no amount of care on my part fixes it.

If you are not certain about your birth time, say so when you order. That is what the notes field is for, and it changes how I write rather than whether I can.

If you later find the correct details, tell me and I will redo your portrait once at no charge. A wrong birth time is a common and honest mistake, and it should not cost you a second purchase.

Refunds

If your portrait does not land, tell me within 14 days of receiving it and I will refund you in full.

You do not need to explain yourself and you will not be argued with. Reply to the email your portrait came in and say so. There is no form.

A portrait that does not recognise you is not worth paying for, and I would rather know than keep the money.

Price

The founding rate is $25. What you paid is what you paid: if the price rises later, nobody is charged the difference and nobody is asked to top up.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details never reach me.

Your portrait is yours

It is written for you and it is yours to keep, print, annotate and share with whoever you like.

What I ask is that you do not resell it or pass it off as your own work. The charts are your data; the writing is mine.

I will never publish your portrait, quote from it, or show it as an example, with or without your name. If I ever want to quote something you have written back to me, I will ask first, and no is a complete answer.

If something goes wrong

Email drjuju@drjujulove.com. A person reads it, and that person is me.

Soulistic Blueprint is small and early. If something breaks, or a portrait arrives late, or an email goes missing, saying so directly will fix it faster than anything else.

Privacy, and changes

What happens to your information is set out on the privacy page, including how to have it deleted.

These terms will change as the work changes. If something changes in a way that affects a portrait you have already ordered, I will email you rather than quietly editing this page.
